Finally after what seemed like a very long winter here in Maine the snow has finally disappeared from the yard.  Although there is still some snow in the woods here and there.  Long cold winters are just a part of Maine and you have to make the best of them by still getting outside to enjoy yourelf.  A few popular activities include ice fishing, snowmobiling, and sledding with the kids obviously.  We are all looking forward to a nice warm spring and summer though I can tell you that.

It has been a long ongoing project doing a little here and little there, but the basement if finally starting to take shape and be a nice liveable space now.  To celebrate we went out and got a nice Samsung flatscreen TV to put on the wall.  Ceiling, lights, and walls are done in this part of the basement, now to work on the rest and then get some type of flooring.

Yes, I am selfish and it is always all about me. My name is Dustin ( I will leave the last name out because of identity thieves, privacy, etc..), I was born in Misawa, Japan in 1974 as my father was in the Air Force.  I have been married since 1997 to my beautiful wife Angela.  We have 3 children ages 12, 8, and 2, I will leave their names out for privacy reasons as well.  I currently work for AT&T as a computer engineer and have been with them for 11 years.  Prior to AT&T I was in the Air Force for 8 years straight out of high school and was stationed at Beale AFB California the entire time.  I did my standard rotation into Saudi Arabia for operation Southern Watch and was there for 3 months.  Lived in Maryland for 8 years after getting out of the Air Force, but I currently live in Windsor Maine.  My nickname is dusman.  Hope you enjoy the site, I will post random thoughts and adventures that occur in my life.
